Having been led, as we believe, by the Spirit of God and receiving the Lord Jesus Christ as our Savior and on the profession of faith having been baptized in the name of the Father and of the Son and the Holy Spirit, we by the aid of the Holy Spirit walk together in Christian love, striving for the advancement of our church through the spreading of the Gospel throughout the Community and the world. Our doctrine depends entirely on the inerrant word of God through his Holy Bible, and adopt the Articles of Faith and Covenant being in accord with the beliefs as outlined in the 1963 version of the Baptist Faith and Message.

Flagg Springs Baptist Church exists to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ in our Jerusalem, our Judea and Samaria and to the uttermost parts of the world. Being consistent with the teachings and principles of God's word, we cooperate in causes for and are a member of the Crittenden Baptist Association, the Kentucky Baptist Convention and the Southern Baptist Convention. Beyond that our mission is to love and care for one another as commanded by God.

Our church understands its financial obligation to the Kingdom's work through Biblical giving with an attitude of expectation of blessing as expressed in Luke 6:38, and a minimum understanding of tithes, offerings and alms.
